Refund Policy

14-day money back

If you are not happy with a paid plan, tell us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason.

This applies to your first payment on an account. It is not a recurring 14-day window on every monthly renewal.

After 14 days

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future charges and your service continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

We do not give partial refunds for unused time in a period that has already started.

When we will not refund

• Accounts or servers terminated for breaching the Acceptable Use Policy.
• Periods where the service was available and simply unused.
• Charges older than 14 days, outside the cases below.

When we will refund anyway

If we make a billing mistake, we will correct it and refund the difference regardless of timing.

If we terminate your service for our own reasons — we discontinue a plan, or stop operating — we will refund the unused portion of what you have paid.

If a prolonged failure on our side makes your server unusable, contact us. We do not offer an uptime guarantee, but we would rather refund you than keep money for something that did not work.

The free tier

The free tier costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address on your account, and say which charge you mean. We respond within 5 business days.

Approved refunds return to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

If you think something is wrong with a charge, please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank. We would rather fix it directly, and it is faster for you.
