Tooling built during real engagements, generalised and published under MIT. Each write-up includes the parts that did not work first time, because those are usually the parts worth reading.
Zabbix drift tooling
Monitoring cannot catch its own blind spot. These tools can.
Operational tooling for Zabbix. The centrepiece reconciles both inventories and finds the hosts Zabbix thinks it is watching but is not — the failure mode that produces alerts indistinguishable from a real outage.

Homelab Galaxy Dashboard
The whole estate as a star system, on a wall display.
A 3D monitoring console for Proxmox estates. Each node renders as a spiral galaxy and each guest as a planet, coloured by role and sized by memory, flaring when Zabbix raises a problem against it. Built for a wall display read from across a room.

Zero-inbound external access
Thirty hostnames published without opening a port.
Externally-reachable services published through a Cloudflare Tunnel fronted by Authelia OIDC and OpenLDAP. No inbound firewall rules, no exposed origin, and single sign-on across the estate.
